How to Achieve Goals

Being a business owner is being a leader for your company and employees. You always need to be thinking of the company's goals and employees' goals and how they will be beneficial in the future. You can increase the chance of accomplishing those goals by doing these three simple things:

Write goals down—it may sound simple, but writing your goals down increase the chance of accomplishing them by 90 percent. That's amazing! Write them down and hang them up in your office so you can always be reminded of your goals.

Incentivize—Every business owner is personally and intrinsically motivated, but sometimes, it's nice to have a little push. Succeed in accomplishing your goals by rewarding yourself and sticking to it. Choose items or experiences to reward yourself with that you truly yearn for.

Create little goals—Break down your lofty 5- and 10-year goals into little ones. Break them down into 1-year goals and even monthly goals. Accomplishing these items help accomplish the bigger goals.
